Who is responsible

What we collect and why
Licence plate, place and period of each parking, to sell and show your ticket and to let the owner of the place see who has paid to park right now. Your email address, if you give it, to send the receipt. Payment details (card brand and last four digits, or Vipps) for the receipt; full card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach us. Company name and VAT ID if you ask for a company receipt.
On your device
One strictly necessary cookie identifies this device so "My parking" can find your tickets, and one remembers your language. Your recent plates and parking codes are stored in your browser only. We measure page speed without cookies and without identifying you. Stripe sets its own cookies to prevent payment fraud.
Who we share it with
The owner of the parking place sees the plates of active tickets. Payments are processed by Stripe and Vipps MobilePay, receipt emails are sent through our email provider, and data is stored with Cloudflare in the EU.
How long we keep it
Receipts and the sales records behind them are kept for five years, as bookkeeping law requires. Plates are then anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data (within what bookkeeping law allows) at post@parkr.no. You can complain to the data protection authority (Datatilsynet in Norway).
