Seller
Parking is sold by Bileier AS, Ole Irgens vei 54, 5019 Bergen, Norge (org. no. 932 125 056), on behalf of the owner of the parking place. Contact: post@parkr.no.
What you buy
The right to park one vehicle, identified by its licence plate, in the area shown on the parking page, for the period you choose. Periods follow the local time of the parking place: "today" ends at 23:59, "24 hours" and "1 week" count from the moment you pay. Buying again for the same vehicle and place extends your parking from the current end time.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT. Payment is taken when you buy, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Vipps. You get a receipt on the ticket page, and by email if you give an address.
Your responsibility
Enter the correct licence plate. You can correct it for 10 minutes after paying, from the ticket page. There is no guarantee of a free space; follow the signs and the owner's instructions on site.
Cancellation and refunds
Parking starts when you pay, so there is no right of withdrawal and no refund for unused time. If you were charged in error (for example twice, or for a place that was closed), contact us and we will refund you.

Send complaints to post@parkr.no. If we can't agree, you can contact the consumer authorities in your country.
